Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority Qualification Standards:

Oklahoma is unique in that the reviewing physician has sole discretion for approving a patient for the medical marijuana licensing; no medical records will be needed for your appointment. While specific conditions aren’t listed in the legal criteria for certification, medical marijuana has proved helpful to the below listed conditions:

* Chronic or Severe Pain
* Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
* Cancer or treatment of this condition
* Mood Disorders: Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression
* Insomnia
* HIV+
* Hepatitis C+
* Severe nausea
* Gastrointestinal Disorders such as GERD, IBS, Crohn’s Disease
* Seizures, including but not limited to those characteristic of epilepsy
* Severe or persistent muscle spasms
* Glaucoma or treatment of this condition
* Anorexia
* Wasting syndrome
* Cachexia
